Founded by Kevin James Hamid, a passionate fitness expert and certified personal trainer, our mission is to help build a sustainable training program and training model based upon your needs. Not a generic program or bootcamp that never seems to get you results, only tired and injured.
We understand that every individual is unique, which is why we offer a variety of membership options designed to fit your needs and lifestyle. Our purpose is to make sure the people of Woodbridge and Vaughan get the most out of their training with affordable coaching and customized programs that get results and teach you how to become your best self.
